Our ability to interleave technology and business stems from a lifetime of experience in both disciplines. Jeff Bauman, President of the company, earned his bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Syracuse University in 1973. Consistently immersed in analog and digital electronics over the years, his insight into how things work (and how other things don't work) are invaluable in the company's ability to craft perfect-fit display and lighting solutions.

Jeff's business experience includes senior management roles with Litton Industries and Collins Commercial Avionics group within Rockwell International. He was the CEO of an automotive aftermarket computer manufacturer in northern New Jersey and General Manager of Rockwell's Automotive Electronics Business in Troy, Michigan.  His ability to understand managing a business by managing income statement and balance sheet line items allows him to "walk your walk" in choosing a signage and lighting solution.

Most recently, Jeff spent the last 15 years working for Electro-Matic, acquiring an exhaustive understanding of LED technology and delivering high return projects to its customers.
